The Executive Board of the International Council of Christians and Jews today issed a statement "In Solidarity with Israel." The CCJR is the United States national member organization of the ICCJ.
The statement observes that "words are inadequate to express the horror, shock, and pain they must not fail us when we wish to designate the immorality of evil." It embraces the shattered families and mourns their loss, while praying for the wounded and for those who are still missing or held hostage.
